Training

It’s important to us that everyone feels confident in their role. And our clients know we’ve got the best people working in their behalf. That’s why at 3Squared we put training at the heart of our business by offering £1,300 worth of training to each employee per year.

For all new developers we offer an induction programme to get you up to speed on our coding standards to help you thrive. We also provide periodic code-reviews from your peers to provide on-going support.
